For photographic services that fall outside our scope of work, or cannot be accommodated by our schedule:
Student Organizations can contact Student Affairs and Marketing about event photography and renting a photo booth from Commonvision.
Passport, visa, and ID photos can now be scheduled through the Post Office on campus by appointment only.
Event video and interviews can be scheduled with the New Media Studio.
Freelance Photography:
University Communications and Marketing keeps a list of recommended freelance photographers, listed below, but you are welcome to contact others if you wish.
You can also reference their email templates here with recommended details you should share and request when working with a freelancer. If you plan to use a “Work for Hire” contract, you can find a template here – please make a copy or download it to make edits.
Once you book with someone, they would love to hear how it went. Please follow up with any positive or negative experiences so we know whether to make adjustments to this list. We also welcome links to photos from your events and projects if you want us to store them in our archive. Thank you.
